A volunteer Board of Directors governs and manages the affairs of the Friends of the Reynolds-Alberta Museum Society. Each Director is elected for a two-year term and is not permitted to serve more than three consecutive terms. The Directors are elected at either the Annual General Meeting held in July or at Special General Meetings that can be called throughout the year.
The Friends of Reynolds-Alberta Museum is entering a new and exciting time and is looking to expand its Board of Directors. Do you have an interest in old cars? Experience with being a treasurer? How about a background in Fundraising? Or are you just interested in being a part of a dynamic Board of Directors?
The Board of Directors meets every 6-8 weeks and help out at large events throughout the year. The Board also assists the Executive Director in developing new ideas for fundraisers and raising the group’s community recognition.
If interested, please get in touch with the Friends office.
The Friends of Reynolds office is located in the Reynolds-Alberta Museum, and the Society’s Executive Director is Emma Ingen-Housz.
